Laboratory collaboration
Testing and interpretation, with responsibilities defined.
Molecular laboratories can contact KPCIRC to discuss interpretation pathways, reporting questions, clinical-review arrangements and collaboration requirements.

Every collaboration scope identifies
What the laboratory provides
Assays, report formats, specimen information and the data fields supplied.
What KPCIRC reviews
Which interpretation layers and clinical-review steps apply, and what is out of scope.
Who communicates
Who communicates with the treating clinician, and how outputs are delivered.
How information is handled
How patient information is shared, accessed, stored and retained under the approved workflow.
Molecular interpretation through POAS
POAS complements a laboratory’s testing by adding a structured, clinician-oriented read across six layers: variant and specimen context, tumour biology, immunotherapy-associated evidence, therapeutic evidence, trial context and treatment access in India. It does not revalidate the laboratory’s assay unless that is explicitly agreed.

Analytical outputs and evidence curation
Structured interpretation
Findings separated into evidence-supported associations, hypotheses and uncertain results.
Evidence curation
Dated, source-traceable evidence statements with conflicting data shown.
Trial feasibility
Criteria mapped as potentially satisfied, contradicted or unknown.
Illustrative industry scenarios
Educational composite scenarios that explain possible workflows. They are not real KPCIRC patients, testimonials or outcomes.
